ArtWorks plans to hire 150 youth to invest in to transform our region and is seeking help from the community to conduct interviews to help decide who the apprentices will be.
Roughly 300+ youth will apply to work with ArtWorks this year, and volunteers are needed to conduct one-on-one scripted interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes. After the interview, volunteers assess the teen applicant and provide feedback to help ArtWorks make hiring decisions.
Interviewing Summer Program applicants is the most rewarding volunteer experience connected to the ArtWorks Program.
