WLWT Cincinnati featured this Sunday’s community celebration at the Residences at Avondale Town Center. TCB is proud to join our partners and co-hosts Avondale Development Corporation and HGC Construction, to welcome residents to their new home.
Every day, new residents are moving in to this exciting new community in the heart of Avondale. These beautiful, modern apartments in are open to households of all incomes thanks to funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, US Bank, and Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
